Yesterday, 17 October 2011, we had a hard drive failure on Server 7. This failure was unforeseen, but we were quick to attack the problem.

We changed the hard drive out “hot” and immediately began a back-up of the RAID.

No data was lost and all sites are responding as expected.

We appreciate the patience and understanding you demonstrated and feel that this was an isolated issue.
