Friday, May 30th, 2008The TIERRA Support Center is designed to provide you with a one-stop shop for all your support needs. Below is a listing of links available in the Support Center:

Register a support username and password to group your tickets. - Submit Ticket
Submit a support ticket for a prompt reply from a support representative. - Lookup Ticket
You can view, modify, or check the status of your existing ticket. - KnowledgeBase
The knowledge base provides instant responses to common questions. - Announcements
View information of interest to you as well as effective changes. - TroubleShooter
First begin by troubleshooting to find a quick resolution to your issue. - Downloads
A collection of important and frequently requested files. - Network Status
Check the status of our servers and our server services.
The TIERRA Support Center is manned 24/7 to ensure your support tickets are handled as quickly and effectively as possible.
Live Support is provided during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Live Support agents offer two types of assistance, Sales and Technical.
Typical questions fielded by Sales:
- Pre-Sales inquiries
- Order questions
- Feature availability questions
- Plan changes/upgrades
Typical questions fielded by Technical Support:
- Website issues
- Email problems
- FTP problems
- Network Status Updates
Please have your domain name available when contacting our team so that we can assist you promptly. Also, please note that certain complex issues must be handled by our Senior Staff via our TIERRA Support Center. If necessary, our live chat support agents may request that you open a technical support ticket with your issue.
Billing assistance is NOT available via Live Support Chat. Due to the extremely sensitive nature of many billing issues, we only deal with them via our ticketing system within the TIERRA Support Center and/or via email to the billing department.
